Question: Why does every MCR fangirl state that they some how saved her life!?
Okay in my view, they are a okay band!. A few songs are good to listen to once in a while and some I just don't like!. I would not think of myself as a fan, just someone who would not detest listening to them!. But the one thing that annoys me, is the die hard fans!. I was watching a video of the black tirade(A parody of the comedian who played Crammer by Madtv!.) A ton of fangirls where writing comments saying how awful it was and that this band somehow saved their life!. My question who the heck can a band save your life!? Change life through a protest song maybe, but save it!? The songs are not at all life changing!. So the question is, how do these fangirls think the band saved their lives!? Www@Enter-QA@Com

Because bland ho-hum suburban rich kids are starting to lose their minds!. The world and the media in general isn't worshiping or glorifying middle America anymore so these kids have nothing to turn to in order to feel special!. In f*cked up areas most of us are used to being seen as less than what we are, we make up for this by writing all that bullsh!t off and trying to make ourselves happy!.
So my point is !.!.!. these little kids are bored and have no one telling them they are special, the media is telling ok looking girls that they are ugly because they aren't the digitally altered supermodel on a magazine cover!. This makes them weak and pathetic!. Then what do they do!? They harass each other they become cynics , they pick on each other, all the bullsh!t you see the morons do on youtube and here on Y!A!.!.!. it's all attempt to feel 'special' when they're NOT
so at some point because it's COOL, they start to listen to MCR which is just enough Goth to be anti-mainstream (which obviously it's not), and catchy enough for little girls to scream at concerts!. Due to the dark lyrics they start to think that all that cartoonist talk of death makes them 'bad' and part of something 'big' !. Being part of something is life to alot of these idiots because not being part of a cool crowd in high school and junior high feels like being dead to alot of people!.
