I've read it, just finished it a couple of days ago!. I read it in like three days lol!. Its worth reading!. It has some detailed, grapohic heroin use, some language nothing too bad!. It would probably be fine for a 14 year old!. I started bought at a mall an hour before Cruefest and read 50 pages of by the time we got to the Amphitheatre!.
If you buy the book, I'd recommend getting the SIXX:AM cd, its pretty cool!. A lot more alternative rock than Motley Crue!.
Yes, I like Motley!. Older stuff is better I think!. Although they do have some good new stuff, but Girls, Girls, Girls was their best album!. They're my favorite band!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was a HUGE Motley Crue fan growing up!.!.!.!.they were my favorite band from age 9 to 16 I would say!. Nikki was my favorite musician at the time (even though at that young age I could still tell he was one of the most overrated bassists of all time)!.
I rarely "get my Crue on" anymore, but still pop in a song for old times sake!. I didnt get excited about the book and I havent read it!. I have had 3 close friends read the book!.!.!.!.only one guy would I consider a bigger Motley Crue fan than I am!.!.!.!.!.and all three just raved about it!. I guess it is really a good book!. Is it worth reading - yes; should a 14 year old be reading it, well, I'd say that the parents should make that decision!. If I had a 14 year old I might let them read it if they had the maturity to handle it!. There are a lot of adult situations and when he writes from the depths being fueled with heroin, the entries are greatly disturbing even to an adult mind!. It plainly shows what would likely happen if one decided to choose the same kind of path Niki did in his early years!.

People I know read that book and they say it is a very strong book & disturbing at the same time!. It's worth reading because you know exactly what he was going through!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
