How can I get better??!

Question: How can I get better!?!?
I started guitar (acoustic) like about 2 months ago, maybe less idk nd my teacher isnt very good!. The way she teaches is just she teaches u the chords then she tells u to pick asong and learn it and thats basically it! Our town is small and my mom is trying to find a better teacher that will be more, idk like more of a teacher because the teacher I have now, she answers calls in lessons and babysits in lessons so thats not very good!. But what I want to know is how can I get better without having a teacher for a while!? I can play the song emily by from first to last perfectly both with the strumming verse and the picking verse I know both!. I'm having problems with this like ringing sound I dont know how to describe it its really annoying and I don't know how to get rid of it!. If u know of anything I could do or any other song I could learn thta was ORIGINALLY on acoustic plz tell me thanks!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
The ringing sound could be from not holding the strings down hard enough or from the strings hitting the fret board!. In the fret board case you need to take it to a shop so they can realign it!. A good test is just play an open Low E and see if the ringing occurs!.

As for the teacher, it doesnt sound like shes to terribly bad!. Are you practicing enough, like more than an hour a day!? A way to get better, is to get tablature off the internet of your favorite songs!. Its real easy!. The tabs show you what strings to play and the number shows you what fret your finger should be on!. After learning a few songs, you can use the new learned chords and rhythm to make your own songs!.!.!.!.!.!.Have Fun!!!!! and practice practice practiceWww@Enter-QA@Com

you should go on this site http://www!.ultimate-guitar!.com/ and search the song you want to learn, but you should learn how to read tabs which are really easy, look it up on youtube to learn tabs

then what you really need to do is practice practice practice then your fingers will get stronger and you soon wont hear that buzzing sound

the trick is to press as hard as you canWww@Enter-QA@Com
