You're mixing up the genres!. Trance often does have lyrics (hence there is a subgenre called vocal trance)!. Take for example, Filo + Peri feat!. Fisher - Ordinary Moment!. Techno usually doesn't have any lyrics!. An example of techno would be Gui Boratto - Haute Couture!. You're probably looking for eurodance!.
