No, it's just a conspiracy theory!. I've listened to it backwards, and even sang it backwards my self!. (sounds the same!.!.!.) The only word you can hear clearly is "Satan" and the rest is really just jibberish!. also, I think the fact that you can hear the word "Satan" is a coincidence!. Led Zep denied the rumours, and if you think about it, we probably say lots of weird things backwards!. And plus, how can it possibly make sense backwards and forwards!?
