I still like alot of lame artists!. Plies got some songs that I like (somebody loves you, please excuse my hands, wata) I like a Akon song here and there!. I like a couple Jeezy songs and some others!. Im not ashamed!. Just cuz I know what real hip hop is doesnt mean I cant enjoy some of the goofy ish too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well, Eminem got me into hip-hop *when I was a child*, with his album, The Eminem Show!. After listening for awhile, I realized that it was the beginning of his demise (sale-out)!. He used to be good, though!.!.!. eh, his albums until MM LP were sweet, especially Infinite demo!.!.!. and he started me on the West Coast vibe of Hittman by listening to Dr!. Dre's Chronic 2001 (ironically released in 1999)!. Idk!.!.!. I will say, the album that REALLY got me into lyrically advanced hip-hop emcees was "Tical 2000: Judgment Day" by Method Man!. Great album, Mr!. Mef tears it the F up! Wu-Tang #1, baby! After that, I couldn't stand the other stuff, and had to get on with Rakim and KRS-One and Biggie, all the greats!.!.!. even 2pac's L8r shittt was whack! (one reason is b/c EMINEM produced it!!! lol, it wasn't great anyway, far overrated!.!.!. I'd rather listen to "Ready to Die" or "BlackStarr" than 2pac's "Ressurrection" or whatev!. OH, also, FOR A SHORT TIME, KANYE WEST'S "GOLD DIGGER" WAS MY FAVORITE SONG!!! Oh my God!!! I guess the production was ok, but dfinitely not on the level of, say, a Tribe Called Quest! Peace!.
