How can I get gigs for my band?!
Question: How can I get gigs for my band!?
We're a local Massachusetts band in a small town so shows in Rhode Island as well and Massachusetts would be fine!. We're 15-16 and I just want to know how we can get some local shows without getting an agent or manager or any of that stuff!.
We're a rock based group!. Mostly some heavy stuff but not like death metal (we don't like death metal)!.!.!.

Lurk through nearby big towns and just look for venues!.
Ask them if you guys can play!.
also contact other bands near you who are already playin and try to
gain support from them!.

Put up a sign with the name of your band and play at a subway or at a mall!. thats what i did and everyone from hot topic came running outWww@Enter-QA@Com
Go to bar/pub/restauraunt owners and ask them if u can play!.Say ul do it 4 free and if ur gud he mite pay u next timeWww@Enter-QA@Com
