I'm 23, hip hop is my favorite genre of music, but I listen to mostly music from the 90s!. I listen to some other stuff, I like oldschool, slow jamz occasionally, and I like some hip hop/alternative stuff like Gorillaz!.
And yes, I feel hip hop has pretty much been the same since the early 2000, actually its gotten worse to the point where every song sounds the same and there is no diversity and really very few talented rappers in the mainstream!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm well past 21!. Hip hop is and always has been my favorite genre!. I don't foresee a time when that will not be the case!. My love for hip hop has also strengthened my love and appreciation for other music genres as well!. There is no music genre that I've ever heard where I haven't been able to find at least a few artists that I like!.
Like SoulStar says, the genre has progressed, just in unexpected ways!. I don't have much of a problem with how things stand now!. There is great music everywhere if you spend a little bit of time looking for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I am 30 and yes hip hop is my favorite but not radio hip hop!.!.I like to find artist that are under the radar like Taleb & Roots!. But I also like Wayne and Jay Z!. I do mix it up with R&B which I listen to most of the time!. I prefer remixes of R&B songs with hip hop breaks!. It has progressed!.!.the lyrics are more profound!. You have metaphors now that were not present say back in the 80's!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I mix it up all the time I'm listening to R&B and Blues now!.
It has but at the same times lyrically lately it has went down!. Its like we depend on a few artists to bring it back but you can't wait on them!. The younger generation got to step it up and take alot of weight off the shoulders of the vets!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i'm 22 and i'm an ultimate HIP-HOP head!. when i mean hip-hop, i don't mean just the music, i mean the culture as a whole!. i dig the fashion, the graffiti, the breakdancing!. everything in that culture is a beautiful thing, and i'm glad to be making beats!.!.!. (myspace!.com/bdavisjr)

I like rap/hip hop!. I'll be 25 in 12 days!. I mix it up between rap/hip hop & R&B, but I personally like slow R&B better!.
