You may not believe me, but there was a time when I couldn't stand black/death metal!.

before i never really like classic rock!.!.!.i didn't despise it, i just simply didn't listen to it!. (well, the only two classic rock bands i listened to at the time were rush, U2 and ac/dc) but know i'm more into that stuff, but i still listen to a lot 90's and modern indie stuff!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The Beatles - I was big into Oasis when they first came out and all I listened to at the time was Definitely Maybe so my mum bought me the Beatles' White Album for my birthday, thinking I would like it!. Honestly I thought it was truly awful, I just couldn't get into it at all!. It wasn't until I hit about 15 I discovered what a brilliant album it is, probably their best, I now own every other Beatles album!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I hated Sonic Youth!.
Admittedly I hadn't heard much by them!. I heard one or two songs and came to the conclusion that I disliked them!. I just didn't 'get' them!.

I've always been a huge fan of Yngwie since I first heard Alcatrazz!.
For me it's The Rolling Stones!. I'm a big fan but when I was a teen in the 80's I couldn't stand them!. Guess My Music tastes had to mature first!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It took me awhile to really get used to bands like Meshuggah, Origin, Dillenger Escape Plan!.!.basically just wierd crazy metal!.!.!.but now I love it!Www@Enter-QA@Com
