my dad was/is a musicain so i dont really have the normal concert history!. i'm trying to remember what the first concert i went to completely on my own accord was, but i am not exactly sure!. it seems strange to say, but i was going to this blues dive bar/bbq joint every few weeks as soon as i could drive, so it was probably some sh***y bar band that played there, and i would have been 16!. but i've been going to concerts regularly ever since i was old enough to sit still!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Mine was Queensryche!. It was November 5th 1990 at the St George's Hall in Bradford (my hometown) and i was 17 years old!. Even though they were touring in support of the "Empire" album, they played the whole of "Operation: Mindcrime" from start to finish!. I thought it was bloody brilliant!.

I went with My Best Friend and His Sister!. It was quite an experience!. I got high just by breathing cause of all the smoke in the air and the fist chord deafened Me so badly I couldn't tell one song from the other for the rest of the night!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

January 2nd 1988 my father took me to see Alice Cooper during his "Raise Your Fist and Yell" tour!.
Not only was Kaine Roberts the guest guitarist (he of the flamethrowing guitar), but KIP WINGER was the bass player back then!
The opening band was supposed to be Motorhead, but they had visa problems and so they had to get a last minute replacement!.!.!.!.The Screaming Trees!. It was awesome!.!.!.The Screaming Trees were great and Alice put on a great show (as always)!.
Of course being front row-center at an Alice show can get a guy messy!.!.!.!.my dad and I left covered in fake blood and some sort of glitter!.
We lived out in the country and didnt make it into "the big city" very often so we had to go get some groceries after the show!.
We got alot of strange looks getting food while we were covered in fake blood (a grown man and a 12 year old)!.!.!.!.!.!.such an excellent memory!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
