I have to say Soulja Boy is more hip hop than TLC (even though I shudder to call Soulja boy hip hop) but I would 100 percent rather listen to TLC!. When I say Soulja Boy is hip hop, I don't mean good hip hop I mean terrible hip hop!.But TLC is more R&B though, like Destiny's Child!.
Oh and making one rap song doesn't qualify you as a hip hop artist, just like Snoop Dogg made a country song but he's not a country artist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
