Trying to be openminded...BUT, what is the appeal of Cannibal Corpse?!

Now look at the question and keep that in mind!. It explains alot of the Cannibal Corpse/Jonas Brothers questions around here!.

Cannibal Corpse has undecipherable lyrics and a very similar musical sound on all of their songs!. Unless you are really invested in the music, you are probably only a fan because they have songs like "Baby Brains and Chainsaws"!.

Im a bartender and you would be surprised how many people who come in to order a "Screaming Orgasm" or a "Slow Screw Up Against The Wall" because of the name and not the content!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Dude my generation was the one that invented that "Cookie monster on acid" sound!.I'm forty by the way!.I used to really dig some of the bands Possessed were one of the first bands with that sound!.I think they were the first!.Great guitar sounds!.But they were Satanic Posers!.As were most of the bands that had little or no talent!.I give C!.C a load of credit for still being around!.Hey at least they don't have to work a 9/5 day job!.Hey I thought the Death Metal thing was a going to die out around 1989!.Guess I was wrong!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

But, i would never consider them one of my favorite bands!.!.!.
they only way i can explain my answer is this way:
They are one of the most famous death metal bands!.!.!. People who havnet heard any other death metal bands think that cannibal corpse is the greatest DM band!. Those people just need to kinda "open" their mind and listen to different and more better music!.
and
People who REALLY like them are usually young teenagers [like u said, 13 yr olds]!. and since they are so young, they havent been exposed to as much music as people like you have!.

Cannibal Corpse is just that one band that I listen to only in certain moods!.
I can't explain it, but sometimes I'm just in a mood when I want to hear "I C!.um Blood" or "Hammer Smashed Face" or "Purification by Fire"
