if someone off of here actually blew up and got signed, would being on Y!A hurt your reputation/credibility if it was found out!? it seems like lots of rappers are getting exposed but i mean i guess in this case it can be yes and no!. No because we are a different generation and most rappers(especially in their late 20's or 30's) didnt have internet, especially not in the hood!. now just about every household has one!. and most artists are being discovered off of myspace when back then u had to do live shows or know people!. and i'll say yes because like i said, other rappers had to work to get on while newer artists like Soulja Boy, are getting found over the internet(he goes without even havin to stress LOL) and for the fact, the whole internet gangsta phase we goin thru!. so whats your opinion on this!? and can i get some stars!? I don't think Y!A would to me if I got signed cuz there's nothing for me to hide!. And I just use the internet for downloads talking to people over myspace(orginal not music) and Y!A that's mostly it I do everything else on just like artist did back then I don't upload tracks unless someone wants me to send them a song or something and I barely do that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
if you tried to be a gangsta rapper then it might hurt you!. Gangsta's don't exactly spend their time on computers!. But if you are a pop rapper like Soulja Boy or a backpack rapper it probably won't hurt you as long as you don't rap about being poor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
