That song is called "It's Going Down", it's featuring Linkin park but it's actually a song by The X-men, a team of turntablist/dj's!. It's from one of the X-men albums, don't remember which one though!.
You could hear the cutting and scratching, that's the X-men!.!.they made albums of mostly just making music while cutting and scratching records!.
