What do you know about Alvarez guitars?!

I'm trying to decide on what Electric Acoustic guitar to buy!. I'm trying to spend under $400, and I think I've narrowed down my choice!. I'm trying to decide between a Fender(do they make good acoustics!?!?), a couple Epiphones, and Ibanez, and an Alvarez!. The Alvarez guitars caught my eye early, but i ignored them because i had never heard of them before, but now i think they look pretty cool!. Is Alvarez a respectable Electric Acoustic guitar brand!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
