Which guitar brand is best?!
Question: Which guitar brand is best!?
ok i play the keyboard and im gonna learn how to play the guitar!. i would like to play alternative rock music but people say to start out playing an acoustic guitar first but do i have to!?!?!? if you think i should buy an acoustic please tell me which brand is best and if you think i can learn to play an electric which is best for that!? please help!

But
Playing acoustic guitar will make you faster at Electric!.
Not sure if it's true!.

You really should have stated a budget :/
All I'm going to say is that I'm definitely a Gibson guy!.!.!.probably because I listen to classic rock
Bad thing about Gibsons is that they are heavier than other guitars such as Stratocasters!.
Seeing as how you probably won't be too serious with guitar, go with a cheaper guitar that is durable!. My beginner guitar was the Yamaha Pacifica (300$ cheapest guitar that didnt come in a box!.!.)!. It's probably the best cheapest guitar out there!.
Acoustics are great because you do not have to buy an amplifier!.!.plus they just sound so much better!

for acoustic, the best are martin and taylor and all of the small brands that are really good, but of course, those are expensive!. for the best for the price, i say seagull

Gibson is top of the line, so they're just about as good as you can get!. A Fender Strat's nice too, but I wouldn't venture to much outside of those two manufacturers as a beginner unless you're on a fixed budget!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
buy acoustic b/c its harder to play and if you're good at it, playing electric is REALLY easy

For acoustics I like Taylors and Martins ( even though I can't afford one atm lol) and for electric I'm definintely a Fender guy, I have four Fenders total (that's were the money for my Martin went)Www@Enter-QA@Com
