Need help finding this song? i dont know if it exists?!

ok i dont remember much about the song i dont even know if it exists!. i think i heard it in my dream last night and wanted to know if its real!. but if i remember correctly it starts, or chorus something like 'do you believe in miracles' im not sure if those are the exact words, but im pretty sure the last word is miracles!. the tune is kind of soft, and theres emphasis on 'miracles'!. also theres a little of a techno background on 'miracles' too!. im not sure if that is the word but im pretty sure!. please help me!.!.!. i might have just had this sudden song inspiration in my sleep, or i might have heard it somewhere else!. thanks!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
