What do u think of bands who continue to exist, even after one of their members !
Question: What do u think of bands who continue to exist, even after one of their members dies!? Is that tacky or okay!?
My opinion: Honestly if I were in a rock band and one of my original members died, I probably would hang it up and retire the band's name!. I wouldn't even bother finding a replacement for that member who died!.
The only other thing I would do (If I could) is probably something like X-Japan - have a holographic image of the band member who died, simulating him playing at all my concerts, to honor him and show to him that we haven't forgoten him and will always rock with him, and no one else!.

I think a band shouldn't continue if someone died because once an original member is out the band could just never be the same!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I dunno, i dont think that i would reire the bands name!. If i was in a rock band and a member died, i would probably carry on a little while longer!. But i dont think that i would think about replacing the orginal member, that would feel wrong!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yes!. It is okay!.
Jerry Garcia is gone and no one can EVER replace him!. It took me a long time before I could go any shows after his death, but the other members of the Grateful Dead have continued on in their own bands and I enjoy seeing them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It might be hard for both the band members and fans but the show must go on!.
