Answers:
Your range isn't usually selective!. While you can extend your range with vocal training and exercises, there is a limit!. If you're a born alto, you might not be able to float around on first soprano notes, and if you're a first soprano, many lower register songs can be difficult!. If you want to try extending your range a little, start by finding your comfortable range now!.

At a piano, starting at middle C, go downward singing each half step until you can't hold the note on "Aah" for more than five seconds!. Write down the lowest note you can comfortably sing!. Do the same now going upward from middle C, and these two notes are the low and high end of your range!.

to extend the top part of your range, try doing scales starting about one octave below the highest note of your range!. Just play the top note of your range, but one octave down, and sing a major scale in that key, then move up by half steps doing the same thing!. Once it becomes tricky to hit the top notes, keep practicing those daily!.

Remember never to strain your voice and try to push too hard to sing notes that are just too high!. This can damage your vocal cords if you do it too much!. If you don't end up being able to hit those high notes you want to sing, don't worry about it!. If everyone could sing like Christina Aguilera, she wouldn't be so special!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Go into "head voice"!. Head voice is described as the resonance of singing something feeling to the singer as if it is occurring in their head!. The transition pitch is a function of the intensity of the vocal tone and is not absolute!. At higher vocal cord tension (intensity of singing) the pitch at which a singer transitions from chest to head voice will be higher!. At lower vocal cord tension (intensity of singing) the pitch at which a singer transitions from chest to head voice will be lower!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

prACTICE MAKES PERFECT SO SING A SONG'S WITH HIGH NOTES TO YOU THINK IT IS GOOD ENOUGH

LIKE HURT BY CHRISTINA AGULIERA OR SOME MARIAH CARY STUFFWww@Enter-QA@Com

You don't "learn" to sing high!. You practice and work at!.
If you really can't hit the notes, either use your head voice or falsetto it!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
