Question: I need help with a Music video,In the music video it involved a post it saying "leaving for coffee"!?

So, I saw this Music video on MTV,
And it shows a Girl waking up and she find a post it note saying I'm leaving!.!.!.!.
So she flips out and trashes the apartment and at the end of the MV!.
She find another post it note saying For Coffee,
So when the dude comes back, He just looks in Awe!.
I only know the Mv, but not the song lyrics or Artist!.
