As for the initials, you can go to the Fender? & Gibson? sites and check them out!. A vibrato or whammy bar is not necessary but it is a heck of a lot of fun!. Epi vs!. Squire, personal choice, but my opinion, you can not go wrong with any Fender? electric, but again, play a lot of them before you buy!. The Roland 15 Cube is OK for a practice amp, but again I say go to the store & play a bunch to decide what sound you like!. Tube amps were the original type amp before solid state electronics!. The are making them again & they can be used to get that overdriven clean distortion sound!. However, many newer amps have amp modeling and do a fairly good job of reproducing this sound!. Go to the music store, play around until you find a set up you like man!. Have fun with it too! PEACE!Www@Enter-QA@Com
