How do i get into the singing business?!
Question: How do i get into the singing business!?
I am a really good singer, have a good voice, and can imitate any singer i hear on the radio or a cd or anything!. I can play guitar, piano, and write my own songs!. Any tips on how to get a demo CD out and how to get on the charts!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Heya!. Unfortunately, being a great singer, musician and performer doesn't really count for much!. There are millions of people who can do it!. Record companies look for something fresh and original, so stop trying to imitate people on the radio!.
also, as an undiscovered artist, if you want something, then you have to do it!. If you want a CD, ring studios and book a session!. This however will only get you as far as maybe some local restaurant gigs, which a lot of people enjoy and make a decent living!.
It all depends how you define 'singing business'!. Once you have been paid to sing in a club/bar etc!.!. You are a singer!. If you mean that you want to be famous like the kids you see on MTV and the Disney Channel, then you need to get into some serious triple threat training!. Dancing, acting, singing, a famous family member, an interesting life story, a really charismatic (false) persona!.!.!.!. plus an ego the size of Texas are just the beginnings of how to become a Disney Kid!.
It's all up to you and where you want to be, if you really just enjoy music and singing, you will always have it, whether you are playing Las Vegas or at your school talent show!.!.!. Just enjoy it all!.!. And work hard in school!.
