Question: This is for die hard fans of The Who
I am just curious who else feels the same way about this!. Recently VH1 did a special Rock Honors dedicated to The Who!. Tenacious D did a cover of the classic song "Squeeze box"!. I feel that this is one of the rare times where a band does a cover that is even better than the original!. Watch it and let me know how many of you feel the same way!. Here is a link to it!. I have to admit that I scoffed out loud when I heard that Tenacious D of all people was going to cover 'Squeeze Box"!

I thought Tenacious D did a good job with Squeeze Box, but it wasn't better than the original in my opinion!. I just can't take Jack Black seriously, maybe that's why!. But I do like it with percussion better than without!. The song has more dimension with the electric guitar and percussion!. Tenacious D's cover didn't have a banjo solo either, big minus there!.
I watched rock honors and I'm on board with everyone else who though Pearl Jam was the best!. Love Reign O'er Me is so epic and they really lived up to the song, The Real Me too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I thought Tenacious D did a really good job for that song, it really suited, like, their personality, and yeah i liked it :) but as i always say, the original is always better ;] Although out of all the performances, i enjoyed The Who and Pearl Jam the most ;]

i loved their performance but i wouldn't say it was better than the original, they picked an appropriate song because it's humorous!. pearl jam did an awesome job but i'm partial to eddie vedder!.!.!.next to roger he is my favorite vocalist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
