I started playing acoustic 2 months ago but I'm really good for a beginner!. I really want to learn electric because all the bands I like use electric and I want to learn their songs!. I know nothing about guitars at all!! I know that fender and gibson are the best brands!. I need some suggestions for a guitar for a 13 year old girl, perferably fender or gibson!. Price doesnt matter if its 1,500 or under!. If you could please profide a link thanks! also could you educate me a bit about the types of guitar or watever!? Thanks so much!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

ok, ok!. i played an acoustic guitar for three years before getting even a starter electric!. even if you are good for a beginner, i dont think you have enough experience for an electric yet!. 2 months isnt very much experience for a beginner!. you might decide in a year or so that you dont want to play guitar anymore!. i would suggest before going to electric that you play AT LEAST a year and a half!. fthen, go to guitar center and try a few out!.
ok here is my philosiphy: stay away from fender and gibson unless the guitar you want is vintage!. especially electrics!. i play an ibanez electric and have played several gibsons and fenders and honestly i think my ibanez, which is half the price, is better than both gibsons and fenders!.
here are some guitars i would reccomend instead of fenders or gibsons, that i honestly think are better and leave you enough money to buy an amp!.

The only real difference is amplification!. You could get a pick up for an acoustic and run it through an amp!. Now if you want to go further, you need to decide if you want something like a whammy bar or not!. Fenders are probably more flexible for a rookie!. The only way to know for sure is to go to a music shop and try them out!. Have your dad or mom take you and don't let the salesman sell you a lot of junk!. Good luck!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

they are the most known!.
i can, as a matter of fact, name a number of guitar manufacturers that are as good if not better than gibson or fender!.
getting hung up on brands in music is somewhat useless unless you are a professional making an endorsement deal!.
For a beggining player, i always suggest ibanez!.
