Question: Why are Outkast considered rap legends
They have 2 good songs (hey ya and roses), which sounded more like rnb, and the rest is garbage!. But a lot of people say that they're legends, which I dont understand!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

first of all those aren't even their best songs!. they're considered legends because in every single album from southernplayalisticadillacmuzik they did something new!. they're original!. amazing lyricists!. they can be considered "conscious" and they are most certainly without a doubt legends!.

another reason they are considered legends is bcuz they came out in a time when hip hop was pretty much dominated by the east and somewhat west coasts there were not alotta ppl from the south coming out (out side of scarface and a few others) and when outkast came out they were gettin air play EVERY where, they were original (and thats what it took in the 90's to sell) and ppl all over were feelin them!.!.!. plus andre is a beast i dont know how u form your opinion but i strongly disagree with it!!!
