OMG, yeah!. i'm with you, what was once called music is now distorted by a ridiculous and annoying sound to which there is no point!. Its not cute or funny, its ridicule to the songs originality and making it something the artist didn't choose to want!. song lyrics are meaningful, but play them with a squeaky voice then i doubt you can call them recognisable or good for that matter!.
