You should start on acoustic because in my opinion, it is slightly harder, and if you can play an acoustic, then you should be able to play an electric!. But if you want electric right away, I like Squire and Yamaha!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
never played one but they get good reviews on harmony central!.com/ reviews/guitar/brand/suzuki look up the model # and you should be able to find something on it, sorry I cant seem to get an answer on YA on how to post a link here,

Beginner's should start on an acoustic, but if you feel you're ready to jump right in, start with a Yamaha!. Good guitar, easy for chords!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
