You can yes, obviously people around you will be able to hear a little from the guitar itself but you can use headphones!

But anyway, Usually theres a jack with "Phones" on it, indicating headphones can be pluged in

if the amp has that facility, yes!. You can also plug an electric guitar into the mic input of your computer and plug headphones into that!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
I would think so considering the amp would have both an imput and an output like a PA system which in principle is what it is!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
