How to get over Stage Fright when playing... ?!
Question: How to get over Stage Fright when playing!.!.!. !?
Can anybody help!? Today I had to perform solo on the Bass Guitar in front of a whole class!. Before I got up my hands were sweaty, shaking, my face was hot, I even thought I was going to piss myself!. When I got up there I played and made about 5 slip-ups because of how nervous I was, and I stopped halfway through because my hands just wouldn't stop shaking!. I'm usually not that nervous in front of groups of people, so I think it could just be when I'm playing an instrument in front of everyone!. Anyways, I have one more music assessment this term and I really don't want to mess it up this time!. Anyone have any suggestions for me!? Thanks in advance!Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you make a mistake, don't apologise or dwell on it and just carry on!. Providing you do that, no one will even notice that you slipped up somewhere!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
