Angel's right!. You can not take one away!. Hip Hop is a culture and without all of it's elements it does not exist as it is now!. If you take away the DJ, the emcee is just a poet, the breaker is just a dancer, and the Grafth artist is just an artist!. Same thing if you take something else away, DJ's would just be disc jockeys or would be just playing jungle and trace or what have you!. Although nothing is wrong with these types of music!. You just can't have one element of hip hop without the other!. But since this really isn't an answer and you did ask this question, if I had to I would say Grafth!. This seems like the easiest choose as most of the other elements of Hip Hop have crossed over and been accepted as pop culture, this part is still not really accepted by most that aren't true to hip hop!. You got people rapping and spinning records and breaking in McDonald's commercials but nobody's throwing up a piece in the background!. But it's such a big part of hip hop however still in the shadows, I'll put it like this, lets say the elements are your arms and legs, sure you could live without one of them, but would you really want to!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah im gonna go with Graffiti, as Dilla said lame gang bangers give graffiti a bad name, graffiti is used in a "very" negative way here in california!. people are getting shot just because they tag up somebody else's turf, its really getting out of control!.
Plus we have heavy GTF here locking people up for no reason, if your gonna pick up a spray can atleast know how to use it

Graffiti, its vandalism whether its art or not which is against the law, and out of the 4 elements of Hip-Hop, it is probably the one that people would associate the least with HH!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
