It makes you lazy if you work construction jobs or gas station jobs!. It helps me concentrate when I have something to do like on the computer!. Yes, it does make me lazy as in, I won't start jogging directly after it!. But I stopped for a month and noticed I didn't get as much work done when I did!. If you do work on the computer, or you are a musician or any kind of artist!.!.!.I think it helps alot with that!.
