What do you mean about how did one learn how to guitar solo in Blues Rock music!?

For one, you need to be creative on what you play on the guitar!. Don't play the standard rhythm; you need to play it differently from the rest of the song; but yet make it work into the rest of the song!. Be creative and play around a bit with the guitar to see what sounds good!. It's not easy, but once you succeed it can really be a great feeling to have accomplished this difficult task!.

also, you should not be worried about whether or not you can stay in time!. If you are playing in a band, then the drummer still usually plays a beat, albeit softly; therefore you need to listen closely and carefully!.

If you play by yourself; then consider using a metronome!. I think there are websites that have these on them, as well as you can buy stand-alone units!. If you are trying to record your guitar playing, consider having an earbud in one ear so you can listen to the metronome (at a level that is not distracting, allows you to hear the guitar, but not too soft that you struggle to hear it) !.

Hope this helps,

Go to this site and do some studying the most impotent this you can do is to play at least fifteen minutes a day more if you can but if you will give yourself this little amount of time you will be amazed how much you will learn and how much you progress as a player Waytt Rice told me this ten years ago and it was the best advice any body ever give me about playing the guitar!.

Pick a key and record a chord progression on a tape for several measure!.

While playing back what you recorded, start playing the scale of the key your in on guitar, nothing fancy at first, just the scale, go two octaves worth (width of neck) !.!.!.listen!.

You will start hearing some notes sound better at certain times than others, you'll soon find a rhythm or sequence that sounds good to you, focus on those notes, rejecting the others, and soon you will have a "phrase"!.

also, you might just pick at the notes of the current chord being played!.

break down the chord into an arpeggio, playing the chord one note at a time!.

as the old saying goes, "there is more than one way to skin a cat"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
