I think it might actually be legal, all of the ingredients you can get by prescription from a doctor(cough syrup with codine, as well as promethazine, which you can actually get over the counter in England) So the police couldn't actually arrest you on anything because all of the contents are legal, and you arent technically drunk because the drink contains no alcohol!. also, overdosing is not illegal so they cant get you there either!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Have you ever walked down the street or been in a park and noticed someone has been smoking weed!? The police have more important things to do that to arrest him over some silly drink, when you have murderers and rapists running the street how can you focus all your time on someone drinking something!? I mean it's not like Wayne is falling over and throwing up and sleeping in the guttar, so I guess that's how he gets away with it!. Plus I don't always think that is lean in his cup, but put it this way, do police go into clubs and arrest people who have taken x or snorted coke!?
