there are websites dedicated to instrumentals such as

but for alot of songs you could use youtube!.
for example if you only wanted the music for 'take a bow' by rihanna!. you could type 'take a bow instrumental' into youtube and it will come up!. also many instrumentals on youtube have the lyrics to go along with them!.
