I'm not really sure if this is true or not for you!. This website worked for me a couple of times!. So you could go ahead and try!. It's called www!.music-map!.com and you type in the name of the band that you like, and then it will give you some bands that are similar!. The closer they are to your band, the more likely you'll like them!.
I'll edit later if I can think of some bands just out of my own interests because I really like Paramore and Flyleaf, too!.

Try Fireflight!. Their "Unbreakable" album is pretty good!. I think they have a MySpace as well as a site for the band itself!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
If it's rock bands with female leads you're after, try the birthday massacre and fireflight!. If you really like it heavy, which i don't, try Otep!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
if you wanna go back a little bit, Try the Donnas or garbage!. There both really good bands with female singers (The Donnas are all chicks)!. and they probably have alot of influence on both Paramore and Flyleaf!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
