The Beach Boys recorded two different versions of Be True To Your School!.
The album version features only the Beach Boys on backing vocals ("Rah, rah, rah, rah, ciss-boom-bah")!.
The single version also features the Beach Boys singing "Rah, rah, rah, rah, ciss-boom-bah" but adds the Honeys throwing in other cheerleading sayings not heard on the album version!. It also features a marching band playing Brian's high school fight song in the middle instrumental break!.

They are saying "Just like you would to your girl, guy", as in, "hey guy, be true to your school just like you would to your girl"!. It is a little weird having the word "guy" immediately follow "girl" though, isn't it!? Makes it a potentially confusing phrase!.
And then the other background part is "rah, rah, rah, rah, ciss-boom-bah!" which is an old cheer chanted at football games!.
