Best U2 Album?!
Question: Best U2 Album!?
Okay me and my flatmate are arguing over this!. I will and always say Boy, he says The Joshua Tree!. Now am I wrong (doubt it, but possible,) is he wrong (I think he is,) or are we both barking up the wrong tree!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is a tough call because I believe that most of their albums are special and that they are landmark works!.
Boy is a great album and really takes me back!.!.!. the songs are simple and pure, the band was young and raw!.
The whole world loves the Joshua Tree and it is hard to argue with your flatmate!.!.!. there is not a lot of bad things to say about this 1987 release!. The Joshua Tree is a pinnacle of creative and commercial success!.
Achtung Baby is a great album that turned the U2 sound on it's ear!.!.!. All that You Can't Leave Behind is a most impressive and mature rock album!.!.!. for me, it helped me deal with the 9/11 attacks in New York!.!.!. somewhere in that record were seeds of hope and the guts to move forward!.
How to Dismantle An Atomic Bomb is yet another outstanding U2 record!. I think that Vertigo, Miracle Drug, Original of the Species, Sometimes You Can't Make it on Your Own, A Man & a Woman, and City of Blinding Lights, are among their best work!.!.!.
Having typed all that, my answer is!.!.!. WAR! War is in my opinion the best U2 album!. New Year's Day, Sunday Bloody Sunday, Two Hearts Beat as One- for me, when I think of U2, these are the songs that come to mind!.

A tough question! As other responders have said, there are many good albums that U2 put out!. I will say that Boy is my favorite, with the haunting song An Cat Dubh/Into The Heart my favorite song off the album!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
