Pitchfork is now matter how anyone likes it a quite reliable source!. BUT!.!.!.you must also remember that INDIVIDUALS write these reviews and this person apparently really had it either out for Nas or never was a Nas fan!. The one thing that he said that made sense was the ending that said that either you are a Nas fan and will believe anything he says or you aren't!.
He really hit Nas below the belt with the rating and it wasn't fair but who said life is fair!.
I also read the review on the Carter 3 and thought that person was really di$k riding Lil Wayne and that the review on that album was truly overrated!. But once again!.!.!.they are individuals who get paid to write reviews!.!.!.!.they are people who have opinions just like everyone else!. They are no one special!.!.!.!.!.they get up every morning and put their pants on the same way you and I do!.

Why do people compare everything in Hip-Hop to Wayne e!.g!. "This rapper's album flopped because of Lil' Wayne", "Hip-Hop sucks because of Lil'Wayne", "Soulja Boy is better than Lil'Wayne", "Nas Is 20x better than Lil'Wayne"

I read the whole review, and the guy seemed to know his sh!t!. I just don't get the rating!. You're giving it a 3!.8/10 because Breathe, Makes the World Go Round, and Hero were out of place (which I agree), and Sly Fox wasn't as potent as "She Watch Channel Zero"!.

i thought people had already established it in their heads that magazines & etc!. don't know how to review hip hop albums nowadays, so i don't see why it matters!.!.!. for them at least!.!.!. and is it just me, or are people putting Nas in Lil Wayne's shadow!?!?!? it seem like everything he been doin lately is compared to wayne!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It would be unfair of me to really offer an opinion since I haven't bothered to listen to the album yet!. But in general, I tend to be ok with Pitchfork's reviews!. I do think they lack a little bit of knowledge about hip hop but not enough for me to dismiss them out of hand!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
