Can someone identify this Elvis Costello song by its lyrics?!

I caught Elvis Costello in Salt Lake City, Utah last week, & he sung the greatest song that I could not identify!. The percussion was featured very prominently, & like almost everything by Elvis, the song was brilliant!.
