I think they are bad @ss myself but a lot of my friends have rejected them for whatever reason, I have a feeling its due to the "nu-metal" affiliation from sevendust in which I wouldn't even consider as nu-metal!. retarded, sorry but it is!.
I know APC they are so not nu metal, I think a lot of bands got thrown in that genre around that time when they came out unfairly, sevendust is more soul full and groove more than anything else!.
