Definitely the late 80's and early 90's too!.
To me, The Joshua Tree, Rattle and Hum and Achtung Baby were their peak!.
Nothing memorable between then and All That You Can't Leave Behind, which is a great album in itself, but nothing compared to what they were back then!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

both classic and modern!.!.!.!.U2 is not just 80's, U2 defines talent!.!.!. (U2 today is much better than today's Rolling Stones!.!.!.!. not that the Stones are bad, they are awesome as always!.!.!. and totally classic!.!.!.!. but U2's newer stuff rocks!.!.!. check out their video with greenday on youtube; the Hurricane Katrina benefit)Www@Enter-QA@Com
