Question: Bass guitar!?!? Please give me your opinion!?
I'm thinking of studying Bass guitar, I've already learned Guitar and I'm really better at Plucking than strumming!. All I've been doing is playing some songs on Bass on my Acoustic Guitar, I'm just wondering how different they are if I buy an Electric Bass guitar!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I play Bass and Drums, I'm starting Guitar and maybe Piano soon!. The obvious difference is the strings, but the difference between playing them is just that the bass you do one note at a time ansd the guitar is multiple notes!. I like the Bass a lot, it's fun!. But a lot of people for some reason think it just gos with the Bass Drums, I don't understand why!. But yeah, do it!. But stay with Guitar too, learn everything you can!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The neck is longer, the strings are thicker and harder, you need much stronger fingers, but it's such a cool instrument if you learn it right!. Get some books for the beginning, Billy Sheehan and Victor Wooten and such, because bass has its very important place, specific techniques and its own philosophy without which you can't get it right!.
