EDIT: I just read Red's post and I do agree because some bands I like even after they go mainstream, but I would really have to love the band for me to continue listening to them!. In my opinion once a band gets popular their music usually does start becoming worse because fame starts going to their heads!. It all depends!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Absolutely!. For me it was BNL!. I started listening to then in '95 when nobody knew who they were and they played small venues, and then in like '98 they started making stupid pop music that was actually played in the radio!. I still listen to their old stuff becasue it is so good, but I never bought another CD after that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
not at first - at first i just loose a great deal of respect for them!.!.!. then once i listen to their mainstream music and hear how much it sucks since it now sounds like everything else out there then i hate their new music and just blast their old stuff which still rocks!.!.!. i!.e!. yes because main stream can change a artist or band from how they were!. they wouldnt be the same because is a whole new environment theyre working in!. they tend to be more cocky and dont bring that same music!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
