Answers:
A major third is a chord where the top note is three whole steps away from the root note and is "correct" with the bottom notes key signature!. For example if the root is a F then a major third would be an A natural, because it is three steps away and in the key of F there is only one flat, B flat so the A would be natural!. A great place to go for Music Theory questions like that is musictheory!.net!.!.!. Hope this helped!Www@Enter-QA@Com

it's the note that is two steps above the original note, or the name of the chord!. for instance, if you have a C chord, the first note would be C, the third would be E, and the fifth, which is the other note that you need to form a major chord, would be G!.

hope that helps!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

An interval between two notes where a note is two whole steps above the tonic!. (I copied that from google!. At least I gave them credit so it's not illegal!. I hope this helps!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
