Well, one way is to just start jamming with local musicians!. You can't become a known musician by just jamming by yourself!. Plus I've found that when I jam with others I usually end up getting better!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well it would probably help if you were really good, and it depends on what genre you play!. Playing acoustic guitar probably won't get you asked to join a lot of bands because anyone and everyone plays acoustic guitar!. I don't know what your social life is like, but if you have friends who play music, ask to jam with them or something!. Do not force yourself into a band, everyone else will hate you for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Play out at open mic nights!. Post some flyers at the music stores!. Put and ad on craigslist that you're looking to join a band and you play xxxx and like xxxx kind of music!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
