Please help me figure out what this song is, it's driving me nuts?!

I can recall how the song goes, but only the way it sounds and not the exact words because they are said kinda strange!. What I do recall is it was an alternative type song and it had a sound clip in it at the end where a guy says "go to hell"!. I seem to recall that was a recording from a political discussion or something!. Sorry not much info but maybe it will ring a bell for someone!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
