I am a screamo singer and recently i performed live!. i did all my warm ups and stuff so my voice is fine but my throat is really really sore now!. anything that could atleast sooth it!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

hot (as hot as you can stand it) water with lemon in it!. oh and honey usually helps too!. you must have put on a great show if your throat is really really sore!. love it!.

make some hot herbal tea and instead of adding sugar or sweetener add two tablespoons of honey!. your vocal chords will be soothed and ready to go in no time!.!. just make sure that you drink this little concauction whenever you feel you throat acting up, just not when its really badWww@Enter-QA@Com

get "throat coat" tea from either trader joe's or a vitamin store!. it is miracle in a teacup!.
