Cutie, perhaps your voice is good, but then you have to find your niche as a singer; gospel, rock, pop, etc!. After that, practice several songs and record them on CD's until you get the sound you want!. After that go to the radio station and talk with the DJ there to see if they would play some of the CD'd!. If they do, have him ask the audience for their opinion about your record!. In this way you will get to be known and also learn what the public would like to hear!. Try it!.

yes and no!. Theoretically you maybe could, but you're not yet legally capable of signing contracts so your parents would have to sign for you, and they'd be the actual contract holders!.
In some countries that might be classed as child labour and thus illegal however!.
