possibly about media like i really believe this song isn't so much about the priests who abused the children but the media and public who didn't say a word about it for all those years!.

If you take away the cause of the "broken social scene", you end up with time!. Sounds like it was forced into a song to me!. Probably a failed attempt at saying that it is a waste of time and there is no reason for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
