It's usually healthy to build a repertoire from multiple eras!. You have a Romantic and Baroque piece!. How about a Classical piece!? Beethoven has some nice bagatelles (Fur Elise is only the most famous of these-some of them are much more difficult, but they are still shorter than his sonatas)!. Sonatas by Mozart, Clementi, or Haydn would be great too!.
In terms of 20th century, there are some really nice preludes by Shostakovich!. Prokofiev's Vision Fugitives are cool, although some of them require 10ths (so you'd better have big hands)!. There are also some really fabulous preludes by Scriabin!.
If you're in the mood for more Romantic, I'd recommend Grieg's Lyric Pieces and there's lots of good stuff by Mendelssohn (scherzos that sound way harder to play than they are) as well as his beautiful songs without words!.

As somebody who formerly taught piano, I would not recommend "reaching for the skies" and trying to learn some Hungarian Rhapsody by Liszt or a Rachmaninoff prelude, or the third movement of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata!. If you're working on some of the easier Bach inventions and Chopin waltzes, learning the stuff I mentioned about would pose satisfying challenges, and their mastery would be within your reach!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Chopin as I'm sure you must be aware, is considered to in general, be the premier piano composer!.

And since you're already familiar with him - his Waltz #-3 - I would check out all of his Etudes: they usually all come in one volume!.

Although some are quite difficult, if you've been playing for 8 yrs!., others you should be able to handle quite well; and many are real master-pieces of the piano music literature!.

Just take your time in choosing one, and be sure it's not beyond your level of technical capability; you would only become frustrated, probably angry and/or depressed, and that's never good for one's self-confidence!.

Good luck, and enjoy,

You could always play a Beethoven piece if you want variety in time periods!.

Personally though, I really love Chopin's Fantasie- I've played for 10 years and I find it more challenging than many of the pieces I've played!. Or Chopin's Revolutionary!. Ahh I love Chopin pieces!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
